Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cracker meal and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add ground beef and water; mix well.
Shape into a loaf in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake 1 hour or until cooked through. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
