  • 1/2 cup Lawry’s Garlic Parmesan & Herb Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 4 to 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1-inch thick (2 pounds)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Moisten chicken with water. Coat chicken evenly on all sides with Coating Mix. (Discard any remaining coating.) 

  2. Place chicken on large foil-lined sheet pan. 

  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. (No need to flip chicken.)
