  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips - Substitutesgreen bell pepper
  • 1 pound flank steak, cut into strips - Substitutessirloin steak
  • 1 package Lawry's® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet.
  2. Cook and stir steak in same skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until browned. Add Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return onion and bell pepper to skillet; cook until heated through.
  3. Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, such as salsa, guacamole and sour cream, if desired.
