Get authentic Southwest flavors with flank steak marinated with Grill Mates® Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Seasoning. Serve with fajita toppings, such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes.
Mix Seasoning, oil and lime juice in small bowl; reserve 2 tablespoons for basting. Pierce meat with fork. Place meat and vegetables in separate large resealable plastic bags or glass dishes. Add 1 tablespoons of the marinade to vegetables. Add remaining marinade to meat; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat and vegetables from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill steak over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. Place vegetables in grill basket or on grill rack. Grill vegetables over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Spoon meat and vegetables into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
So so so so so disappointed that you discontinued the Mexican Fiesta Marinade.!!!! I used it many of my Mexican dishes that I had on my menu...I feel you made a poor decision on deleting this item from your category. I could see a few other products that i would have choose to delete. I am die hard to McCormick. I built my business of 10 years word of mouth growth of 23% each year. My guest absolutely fell in love with this product then Bamm GONE. I give a 10 stars right along with the Mesquite that I use at least 200 packets a week average plus several other products. HELP HELP HELP
