Ingredients 4 Servings

  • 1 cup orange segments, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
  • 4 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 pound skin-on salmon fillets, (about 4 ounces each)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine soup and milk in 2-quart baking dish. Stir in vegetables and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions.
  • 2 BAKE, uncovered, 35 minutes or until hot. Stir.
  • 3 SPRINKLE with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 3 minutes until onions are golden.
