1Whisk Marinade, oil, vinegar and water in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup for basting. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat.
2Marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator, or longer for more flavor. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread pork, pineapple and peppers onto skewers.
3Grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and pineapple and peppers are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
