INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder and Italian Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the Red Peppers, 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts and spinach. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart lightly greased baking dish.
  • 2 Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Red Peppers and mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
