  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 slices hearty sourdough bread - Substitutes4 ciabatta roll, split
  • 1/2 cup French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1 pound deli roast beef
  • 8 slices Havarti cheese
  • Spring mix greens
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Lightly brush 1 side of each slice of bread with oil. Place bread, oiled side down, on a clean work surface. Spread top of each slice with 2 tablespoons of Mustard. Top 4 of the bread slices with roast beef, cheese, spring mix, tomatoes and red onion. Top each with second slice of bread, oiled side up.
  2. Place 2 sandwiches at a time on the preheated panini maker. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden brown. Cut sandwich in half diagonally to serve.
    Don’t have a panini maker? Heat large skillet or grill pan on medium heat. Place assembled sandwich in skillet. Place a weight on top of the sandwich (try another heavy skillet or heavy lid). Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
