- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon into greased baking dish, skin side down. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Serve with the reserved mustard sauce.
