- 1 cup () mayonnaise, 6.75 ounces
- 1/2 cup () Honey Mustard, 3.5 ounces
- 2 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 Tablespoon Black Pepper, Table Grind
- 1 1/4 tablespoon Celery Seeds
- 7 1/2 cups () green cabbage, shredded, 1 pound
- 2 1/2 cups () red cabbage, shredded, 6 ounces
- 2 1/2 cups () carrots, shredded, 7.5 ounces
- Honey Chicken Biscuit Sandwich
- 25 each chicken patty prepared
- 25 each whole grain sandwich bun prepared
- 1 cup (.5 pint) honey
- 1/2 cup (.25 pint) Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Honey Mustard Coleslaw
- In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, black pepper, celery seed. Whisk until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots. Add dressing to vegetables and toss to combine. Hold refrigerated for service.
Prep
- Prepare chicken as directed in oven.
- In a bowl, combine Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and honey. Whisk until fully incorporated. Hold ambient for service.
Service
- Split whole grain sandwich bun and top with one breaded chicken patty.
- Drizzle with 2 1/2 tsps of RedHot honey mixture.
- Serve with 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Cole Slaw on the side.
To Hold Sandwiches
- Place 6 each in 4-inch 1/2 hotel pan; 15 ea. in a 4-inch full hotel pan.
