A light and refreshing accompaniment to the complex flavors of Thai cuisine.
- 2 cups water
- 4 stalks lemongrass
- 2 pieces Thai Kitchen® Galangal
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh mint sprigs
- 1 BRING water to boil in small saucepan. Add lemongrass, galangal and honey; boil 5 minutes. Strain mixture to remove lemongrass and galangal.
- 2 SERVE tea warm or in a tall glass with ice. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired. Garnish with mint sprigs.
