- Place Coconut Whipping Cream can in refrigerator overnight.
- Using a standing mixer (Kitchen Aid), place mixer bowl and whisk in the freezer for at least 20 mins to chill
- Pour Coconut Whipping Cream into the cold bowl and whisk on low speed for 1 minutes or until smooth. Then, place on high speed until medium to stiff peaks forms, about 5 min
- Return whipping Coconut to fridge until ready to use. It will firm when chilled and soften at room temperature.
