Makes 1 cup.
You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Gravy Mix
1 cup cold water
1. STIR water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan.
2. STIRRING frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.) Serve over beef, pork, hot meat sandwiches or mashed potatoes.
Microwave Directions: Stir water into Gravy Mix in 1½-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate.

Mushroom & Wine Gravy: Stir 1 tablespoon red wine and ¼ teaspoon McCormick Italian Seasoning into prepared gravy.
Creamy Mushroom Gravy: Use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water to prepare gravy.

I requested gluten free recipes and this Mushroom Gravy mix has Wheat Starch and Wheat Flour as the first two ingredients. I have Celiac Disease and can not have gluten (wheat, barley or rye)!

Awful! Way too much onion! All of your gravies have overpowering onion! I am very sensitive to onion and was able to enjoy your gravies and seasonings in the '70's -'90's but then they changed and as soon as I opened the package the other day the onion smell was overwhelming, in the garbage it went. There are many people with onion sensitivities it would be great it you could show us the consideration you do gluten allergics, many people with IBS and other gastric issues can not eat or tolerate onion, for us there is no choice whatsoever but to make everything from scratch
