  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Root Beer Concentrate

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix sugar, water and lemon juice in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in root beer concentrate.
  • 2 Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
  • 3 Pour into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
