- Preheat oven to 350°F. Let cookie dough stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until softened. Mix cookie dough and pretzel pieces in medium bowl until well blended. Mix brownie mix, butter, milk and eggs in a separate large bowl until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Press cookie dough mixture into bottom of 12-inch cast iron skillet. Arrange chocolate sandwich cookies in a single layer over top. Spread brownie batter into an even layer over cookies.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool 20 minutes on wire rack.
- Drizzle skillet with caramel and chocolate sauces. Scoop ice cream over top and sprinkle with Finishing Sugar.
For individual-sized sundaes: Divide cookie dough, cookies and brownie batter in mini skillets or ramekins. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Prepare as directed.
