- Place melted butter and Apple Cider Finishing Sugar in separate medium bowls. Set aside.
- Separate biscuit dough and slightly flatten each piece on clean work surface. Cut into rounds using small circle cookie or biscuit cutter, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Working in batches, as needed, air fry donut holes at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cook time.
- Immediately transfer hot cooked donut holes to bowl with melted butter, tossing to coat. Using a slotted spoon, scoop donut holes from butter and place in bowl with Apple Cider Finishing Sugar. Toss until well coated. Repeat with remaining donut holes, as needed. Serve warm.
