To Prepare McCormick Korean BBQ Seasoning Mix: Toss 1 lb. sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into very thin strips, with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Heat 1 tbsp oil in same skillet. Add 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Add 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Return steak to skillet, tossing to mix. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired, topped with kimchi or Asian pickled vegetables. Makes 5 servings.
