1Mix marinade, peanut butter, sugar and red pepper, if desired, in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside.
2Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add marinade mixture; cook and stir 1 minute or until heated through. Remove pork from skillet; set aside. Add broccoli slaw mix to skillet; cook and stir 1 minute or just until heated through.
3Spoon pork onto each tortilla; top with slaw. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
