Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 ounces) McCormick® Grill Mates® Smoky Applewood Smoked Sausage Loop
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Grill sausage as directed on package. Cool slightly. Cut sausage into slices.
  • 2 Mix oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add sausage and remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover.
  • 3 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
