Ingredients 8 (1/4 cup) Servings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Moroccan Seasoning Ras El Hanout
  • 2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) drained, rinsed and pat dried

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix oil and Seasoning in medium bowl. Add chickpeas; toss to coat well
  • 2 Spread chickpeas in single layer on shallow baking pan.
  • 3 Roast 35 to 45 minutes or until browned and crunchy. (Check chickpeas during last few minutes to avoid burning.)
