- 1 Mix Italian seasoning and crushed peppercorns. Roll goat cheese in seasoning mixture until well coated. Place on serving plate. Drizzle goat cheese with oil.
- 2 Serve with crackers or French bread slices
TIPS AND TRICKS
To crush peppercorns, place peppercorns in large resealable plastic bag. Close tightly. Pound with a rolling pin, mallet or heavy skillet until coarsely crushed.
