Ingredients 3 (1 cup) Servings

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Rice Pilaf
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix water, Rice Mix, tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, chipotle chili powder and cumin in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low. Cover.
  • 2 Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
  • 3 Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
