Toss shrimp with Creole Seasoning in medium bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add seasoned shrimp and sausage. Cook, stirring often, just until shrimp are cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Layer prepared Jambalaya Rice Dinner Mix and creole shrimp and sausage in warm tortillas. Garnish as desired and serve immediately!
