INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Prepare Rice Mix as directed on package, omitting protein. Meanwhile, toss shrimp with Creole Seasoning in medium bowl. Set aside.
  • 2 Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add seasoned shrimp and sausage. Cook, stirring often, just until shrimp are cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 3 Layer prepared Jambalaya, creole shrimp and sausage in warm tortillas. Add desired topping and serve immediately.
