Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix brown sugar and Creole Mustard in medium bowl; set aside
Place ham in large foil-lined roasting pan. Score top of ham in diamond patten. Place whole cloves in centers and points of diamonds. Arrange sliced pineapple and cherries on top of ham
Bake 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with mustard mixture during last 1/2 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing
