- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix brown sugar and Creole Mustard in medium bowl; set aside
- 2 Place ham in large foil-lined roasting pan. Score top of ham in diamond patten. Place whole cloves in centers and points of diamonds. Arrange sliced pineapple and cherries on top of ham
- 3 Bake 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with mustard mixture during last 1/2 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing
TIPS AND TRICKS
Test Kitchen Tip: Decorate ham by placing whole cloves in centers and point of diamonds and then addi 1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple, drained and maraschino cherries to the top of the ham in Instruction 2, if desired.
