Ingredients 24 Servings

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham, about 10 pounds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Stir in Mustard, sugar, honey and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
  • 2 PLACE the ham on its side in roasting pan. Brush 1/2 of the glaze mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
  • 3 BAKE 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining glaze mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer. Serve ham with pan drippings.
