Break bread into small pieces in large bowl. Moisten with milk. Add mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into 4 patties.
Broil or fry until golden-brown on both sides.
Quick and easy! Generous portions. Quite elegant and nice for company.

Love this...What I have used for years...I line to fry in Crisco oil (only)...Making sure oil is hit before putting the cakes in so they don't absorb the oil. Also try adding finely diced green pepper..

They were AWFUL! I can't believe how salty they were. I should have known better and tasted it as I went along. I tried doctoring them up w/more crumbs, a little milk and kept going on and on till the mixture was at least palatable. By then I really had bread crumb cakes! I fried them anyway. They fell apart when I tried to take them out of the pan. I scooped up the whole mess, put it in my food processor, added more fish & minced onion and adjusted the mix so it wouldn't be so salty, put oil on them and baked them at 375 Degrees and they came out great. Sorry. Don't like the Old Bay.
