- 3 medium russet potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs) cut into 1/4-inch sticks
- Canola oil or vegetable oil for frying
- 1 1/2 tablespoons OLD BAY® Malt Vinegar Seasoning

Instructions
- Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cold water to cover. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Fill a large pot with at least 6 inches of canola or vegetable oil. Heat on medium-high heat until oil reaches 325°F.
- Drain potatoes well and pat dry with paper towels. Working in batches, carefully add potatoes to hot oil. Cook about 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer fries to paper towel lined baking sheet.
- Increase oil temperature to 375°F. Working in batches again, return cooked fries to hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer fries to large bowl with slotted spoon. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons OLD BAY® Malt Vinegar Seasoning; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
