Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix sour cream, milk, 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning and RedHot sauce in a small bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Season chicken wings with remaining 3 tablespoons of the Seasoning. Arrange wings in single layer on large shallow foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy, turning halfway through cooking. Serve with Buffalo Ranch Dipping Sauce and carrot and celery sticks, if desired.
