Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix honey mustard and 1 tablespoon of the OLD BAY in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Coat chicken with oil in large bowl. Mix bread crumbs, flour and remaining 1 tablespoon OLD BAY in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken in batches. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly.

  • Arrange chicken in single layer on wire rack in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Discard bag with any remaining seasoning mixture.

  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with OLD BAY honey mustard.
