Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cocktail sauce and OLD BAY in large bowl with electric mixer.
Stir in celery and green onion. Gently fold in crabmeat.
Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with thinly sliced green onion. Cover loosely. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve with an assortment of hard cooked egg wedges, tomato wedges and cut-up veggies such as carrots, celery and cucumber.
