  • 1 Place peppercorns in pepper mill. Twist pepper mill 10 times over a small plate. Add rosemary
  • 2 Pour oil over spices to cover center of plate. Gently swirl plate to moisten spices. Season to taste with sea salt
  • 3 Serve as a dipping sauce with crusty bread
