INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended
  • 2 For the Salad, toss all ingredients, except almonds, in large bowl
  • 3 Just before serving, toss salad with 1/2 of the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with remaining vinaigrette

Substitution Tip: Use 6 cups torn spinach leaves in place of the baby spinach.
