Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package Texas Style Chili-O Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 16 ounces prepared cheese product, such as Velveeta®, cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain fat.
- 2 Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and water. Bring to boil; stirring frequently.
- 3 Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese cubes and simmer 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
