Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package Texas Style Chili-O Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain fat.
  • 2 Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and jalapeño. Bring to boil, stirring often. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
