These thin, nutty-to-the-taste noodles are the shining star in cold Japanese salads, complimenting the sweet and savory sauces and fresh vegetables. Soba noodles are also great in hot soups and stir-fried noodle dishes. They're boiled and ready to serve in just 6 minutes! Simply Asia® Japanese Style Soba Noodles are brown noodles made from wheat and buckwheat flours, which gives them a nutty flavor and aroma and a pleasant chewiness. These noodles are traditionally used to make a refreshing cold soba noodle salad with fresh veggies and a soy & rice vinegar sauce (see package for the recipe). Soba noodles cook in just 6 minutes, making them a quick and easy noodle to use for weeknight all-in-one noodle soups and stir-fries.
