- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Mix saltines, milk, and eggs in large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes until crackers are softened. Whisk until smooth paste forms. Add beef, pork, onions, cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt; mix just until combined.
- Transfer meat mixture to prepared baking dish, shaping into 9x5-inch loaf, about 1 1/2 inches thick. Spread BBQ Sauce over meatloaf. Cover with foil.
- Bake about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and uncover. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
