- Heat smoker to 300°F as directed by manufacturer’s instructions. Shape ground beef into 6 patties. Sprinkle on all sides with Seasoning.
- Smoke 30 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush burgers with BBQ sauce and smoke 2 minutes long to set sauce. Place one slice of cheese on each burger and allow to melt.
- Serve burgers on buns and top with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and additional BBQ Sauce, if desired.
