- Heat smoker to 275°F as directed by manufacturer’s instructions. Remove membrane from underside of each rack of ribs. Pat ribs dry with clean paper towels. Rub ribs with 4 tablespoons of the Seasoning coating evenly on all sides. Place ribs on smoker, meaty side up.
- Smoke 2 hours. Remove ribs from smoker and place each rack on a separate large piece of heavy-duty foil, allowing enough room to fold up and over the ribs (being careful not to poke bones through the foil – use a double layer if needed). Sprinkle each rack with 1 tablespoon of the remaining Rub. Pour about half of the apple juice over each rack and fold foil to seal in juice.
- Return wrapped ribs to the smoker. Smoke 1 1/2 hours longer or until internal temperature reaches 205°F. Remove ribs from smoker and discard foil. Brush BBQ sauce evenly over the meaty side of ribs. Return ribs to the smoker for about 5 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
- Remove from smoker and let rest 15 minutes. Serve with additional BBQ Sauce and your favorite BBQ sides.
