  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Arrange bread slices in single layer on large parchment-lined sheet pan. 
  2. Bake 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until toasty and dry. Cool completely. 
  3. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Whisk eggs, half-and-half, brown sugar, Wings Sauce, and cinnamon in medium bowl until well blended. Soak each bread slice in egg mixture about 4 seconds per side. Arrange in prepared baking dish, overlapping the bottom of each slice with the top of the next, as needed to fit. Pour any remaining egg mixture over top of bread in dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.     
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Uncover dish and sprinkle French toast casserole with crumbled bacon. 
  5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until tip is golden brown and center is set. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and drizzle with additional Wings Sauce to serve.
