- Place sausages, onions, beer and 1/3 cup of the RedHot Sauce in large cast iron skillet. Bring to boil on preheated grill over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Remove sausages from skillet. Strain onion mixture and discard cooking liquid.
- Return onions to pan. Add butter and remaining 2 tablespoons RedHot Sauce. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, grill sausages over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes, turning frequently until browned on all sides. Serve brats on toasted rolls topped with onions, Spicy Yellow Mustard and a pickle spear, if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Spicy Yellow Mustard: Mix 2 tablespoons French’s® Classic Yellow Mustard, 1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in small bowl. Serve with Beer Brats.
