- For the Dressing, whisk ranch dressing and Wings Sauce in small bowl until well blended.
- Mix Wings Sauce and oil in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade, turning to coat well. Discard any remaining mixture. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- Place chicken and lettuce on cutting board. Chop both coarsely into bite-size pieces. Add to large bowl with cucumber, celery, tomato and red onion. Toss with 1/2 of the dressing. Top with blue cheese and remaining dressing. Drizzle with additional Wing Sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
