  1. For the Dressing, whisk ranch dressing and Wings Sauce in small bowl until well blended. 
  2. Mix Wings Sauce and oil in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade, turning to coat well. Discard any remaining mixture. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F). 
  3. Place chicken and lettuce on cutting board. Chop both coarsely into bite-size pieces. Add to large bowl with cucumber, celery, tomato and red onion.  Toss with 1/2 of the dressing. Top with blue cheese and remaining dressing. Drizzle with additional Wing Sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
