  • 12 ounces uncooked pasta, such as penne, bowtie, rigatoni or ziti
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. COOK pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Set aside.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes. Add heavy creamy and Frank's RedHot® Garlic Parmesan Wings Sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  3. STIR in spinach and cooked pasta. Cook just until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese to serve.
