- TOSS chicken with Buffalo Wings Sauce in bowl.
- LAYER chicken mixture, cheese, and green onions on 4 tortillas, dividing evenly. Top each with second tortilla.
- COOK quesadillas in large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray on medium heat about 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until toasted and cheese is melty. Cut into quarters to serve. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and drizzle with additional Buffalo Wing Sauce, if desired.

- To prepare in the oven, arrange assembled quesadillas on a large foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Spray tops of quesadillas lightly with cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted and cheese is melty.
- Try air fryer quesadillas! Assemble quesadillas and place in air fryer basket.Spray lightly with no stick cooking spray. Use 4 toothpicks to secure the edges, or weigh down top tortilla with a small wire rack. Air fry at 355°F 5 to 7 minutes, just until toasted and cheese is melty
