INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • Cocktail Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup GEORGE’S® Zatarain’s® Cajun Bloody Mary Mix
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
  • Shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups GEORGE’S® Zatarain’s® Cajun Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 pound jumbo (16 to 20 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails-on
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 4 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the Cocktail Sauce, mix ketchup, Bloody Mary Mix, horseradish, lemon juice and cayenne in small bowl until well blended. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 For the Shrimp, mix Bloody Mary Mix and water in large saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat. Stir in shrimp. Squeeze juice from lemon halves into saucepan then add rinds, stirring to mix. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • 3 Add ice to saucepan, stirring gently. Let stand 5 minutes to cool. Drain well. Transfer to serving platter; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve shrimp with prepared Cocktail Sauce.
