Red Wine Pot Roast: Use 1 cup red wine in place of the water.
Beef Brisket with Vegetables: Use 3 1/2 lbs. beef brisket in place of the roast. Makes 12 servings.
MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, HYDROLYZED CORN GLUTEN, SOY PROTEIN, AND WHEAT GLUTEN, ONION, BROWN SUGAR, GARLIC, SPICES (INCLUDING BASIL AND OREGANO), CARAMEL COLOR, CORN MALTODEXTRIN, NATURAL FLAVOR (YEAST EXTRACT, BEEF EXTRACT, SOY AND WHEAT PROTEIN), BEEF FAT, AND WHEAT FLOUR.
2 tsp. mix (3.5g)
Excellent blend of seasoning that makes the perfect pot roast! I use this every time I make this dish.

I love this mix! Before I tried this, I put all the spices and seasonings in and it took valuable time in the morning when I was trying to set up a Crock Pot for supper. Now I just add the water, stir and add my Roast and vegetables. Voila! Wonderful flavor!

I'm a pot roast purist but purchased a packet of this recently just in case. I bought the most glorious piece of beef, plopped it into a MW bag, spread the seasoning on both sides, added veggies, a cup of H2O and let simmer on low for 8 hours. I'll tell you, it was the tastiest, most tender pot roast I ever made....no leftovers leftover!!!! Thank you for a stellar product....will purchase again!!!
