Ingredients 6 Servings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Mediterranean Herb Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 pound baby zucchini
  • 1/2 pound quartered bell peppers
  • 1/2 pound heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound asparagus

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Toss vegetables and oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoned salt; toss to coat evenly.
  • 2 Place vegetables in grill basket.
  • 3 Grill over medium heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with additional seasoned salt, if desired.
