  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup Lawry's® Steakhouse Marinade
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes. Push vegetables to side of skillet. Add beef; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add marinade; cook and stir until mixture is heated through and well blended.
  • 2 Spoon beef mixture in warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
