A quick and easy sauté of shrimp and tomatoes is delicious over pasta or rice.
- 1 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, onion and seasoned salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Stir tomatoes, oregano and red pepper to taste into skillet. Cook and stir on medium heat 5 minutes or just until tomatoes start to soften. Return shrimp and onion to skillet; cook and stir just until heated through.
- 3 Serve shrimp mixture over cooked pasta or rice, if desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
