Ingredients 12 Servings

  • 1 cup Lawry's® Baja Chipotle Marinade, divided
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix 1 tablespoon of the marinade, red pepper, onion, cilantro and lime juice in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 Meanwhile, place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 3/4 cup of the remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
  • 3 Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove shrimp from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade in bag.
  • 4 Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade. Serve shrimp with salsa.
