Mix vinegar, water and Old Bay Seasoning in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat. Gently stir in shrimp; cover.
Steam 2 to 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Drain well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with cocktail sauce.
Loved it! Sauce was a little spicy for me, but it was still pretty good!

Not even CLOSE... I am NOT a seafood person at all. I enjoy salads, but not seafood (unless it is deep fried - that be it). I have no problem 'cooking' or prepping it for others, but not for me... tho I so wish I DID enjoy it cuz it always looks so good.
